PLACING AN ORDER
WHAT STYLES CAN I ORDER?
You may order any Havaianas style but this will be subject to availability depending on the store location. You may check available styles here: http://terrysa-distributor.ph/shop/ (or the Sub-D specific link).
IS THERE AN ORDER CUT-OFF?
Orders may be placed anytime. However, order cut-off is at 3pm. Orders placed after cut-off and weekends will be processed on the next business day.
WHAT TIME WILL THE STORE CONTACT ME ABOUT MY ORDER?
Please expect a call from our personnel within the day. If you placed your order after the cut-off, our personnel may start contacting you at 11am the next business day.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Orders made before the cut-off are expected to be delivered within the day. Delivery time can take up to 1-2 hours upon ordering and confirmation.
ORDER PROCESSING, PICK-UP AND DELIVERY
HOW TO ORDER?
- Browse through available pairs in Shop.
- Once you’ve found a style that you want to purchase, just click on the photo, so that you’ll be taken to the product page. It’s here where you’ll see the available colors and sizes.
- Choose the color and size that you want. Don’t forget to double-check the quantity of your order before clicking Add to Cart.
- Click View Cart to review the items in your cart. If you’re done shopping, click Proceed to Checkout. If you have other styles to purchase, go back to Shop to add additional items.
- On the Checkout Page, provide your Billing Details with your contact information.
- The store that can cater to your orders will contact you to confirm your order details and ask if your orders are for delivery or store pick-up.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDERS?
Payment methods may vary depending on the locations and stores.
- Orders for Store Pick-Up: Payments can be made upon pick up in-store through cash, Gcash or card transactions.
- Orders for Delivery: Payments can be made through GCash.
- Send proof of payment to the store before 3PM, so we can verify and confirm your payment within the day.
- Note: Should the payment be made after the cut-off, verifying and processing will be done the following day.
HOW WILL I GET MY PAIRS?
After payment, an order confirmation will be sent via Viber and you will be advised if the item is ready for store pick up, or delivery.
Option 1: Store Pick-Up
Once payment has been confirmed, you will be advised when your order is ready for pick up from the store. Your pick-up time slot may be arranged with the store servicing your order.
Note: For orders under store-pick up, stocks will be reserved to the customer for 2 days only.
Option 2: Delivery
You can book a third-party courier to pick up your orders. All you need to do is send your courier’s booking details to the store via Viber.
Note: Delivery costs will be shouldered by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURN & EXCHANGE
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be reserved for up to 2 days. If the order isn’t paid or picked up within 2 days, it will automatically be cancelled.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
For safety and sanitation reasons, we will only allow an item to be returned or exchanged if it’s either:
- Defective or damaged; or
- Wrong size or wrong item delivered.
To process the return and exchange, you need to send a photo of the item and proof of purchase (receipt) to the store where you purchased the pair for it to be properly evaluated.
